Most calls end one of three ways. Either a defined sprint plan with a target start date, a "come back when X is true" with the X named, or a clean "this isn't the right partner for you, here's why and here's who is." All three are useful.

How to prepare
Bring the niche, or the two or three niches you're weighing. Bring rough numbers: annual revenue, average contract value, current pipeline mix (referrals vs outbound vs marketing), and where deals are actually coming from today. A list of 5 to 10 dream accounts helps ground the conversation. That's the entire prep list. No deck to assemble, no pre-call form to fill out beyond the booking widget above.
If any of that's still in flux, that's fine. The call is partly a working session.
