ABOUT // PETER KORPAK

I'm risk-averse. I don't like guesswork. I spend too much time in spreadsheets.

8 years building pipeline for dev agencies. 300+ campaigns. Built 100Signals around the one pattern that kept repeating.

[01] THE SHORT VERSION

I sat in the same chair you're sitting in.

I started as a financial analyst at Credit Suisse and Aviva Investors. Years finding signal in noisy datasets — building models, writing research that institutional investors actually used. That discipline still runs everything I do. The data sources just changed.

Then I took a hard left into marketing. Joined Brainhub as Head of Marketing and built their pipeline engine from scratch — inbound, outbound, ABM, SEO. They made the Financial Times 1000 Fastest-Growing Companies in Europe in 2021 and 2022.

Same budget pressure you have. Same CEO asking for more pipeline. Same frustration watching Clutch leads get worse every quarter.

After Brainhub, I spent 24 months running outbound for dev agencies as a consultant. 15+ agencies total. 300+ campaigns. Some cratered under 1% reply. Some hit 40%+ positive. The variable was never the copy, the tools, or the channel.

It was always recognition. When prospects had already seen the sender's name — on LinkedIn, in search results, in an AI recommendation — everything worked. When they hadn't, nothing did.

100Signals exists to fix the order of operations. Build recognition first. Watch for buying signals. Then reach out when the timing is right and they already know who you are. That's the whole system.

[02] CONVICTIONS

What I've learned the hard way.

[01]

You can't outreach your way out of obscurity.

Cold email to strangers who've never heard of you gets less than 1% replies. Doesn't matter how clever the copy is. Recognition comes first. Outreach comes second.

[02]

Everyone says "pick a niche." Nobody helps you own it.

Niching is the highest-leverage decision an agency can make. But the gap between picking a niche and actually owning it — content, outbound, LinkedIn, AI visibility — is where agencies get stuck.

[03]

No single channel works alone.

LinkedIn alone builds awareness but no pipeline. Outbound alone hits cold inboxes. SEO alone takes 12 months. All three, coordinated around the same niche accounts, is what creates an unfair advantage.

[04]

You should own everything we build.

Every article, landing page, connection, and operational blueprint — you keep it. If you leave after 90 days, you walk away with the whole system. We have to earn the retainer.

[05]

The future belongs to specialists.

The agencies that thrive won't have the most developers. They'll have picked the right niches early and owned them before everyone else caught on.

Questions? Just ask.

30 minutes. Your niche, your competitive density, whether there's room for one more agency at the top. No pitch deck.

Or email me directly. I read every one.
